October saw dynamic progress on all fronts of the project: from the erection of monolithic structures to the detailed design of facades and engineering systems. Dozens of processes are being carried out simultaneously on the sites, which allows us to maintain a high pace.
- Installation of engineering systems
Work is underway on the installation of a structured cable system.
Installation of water fire extinguishing system pipelines is underway.
Work is underway on electrical lighting and power supply in the units.
- Masonry work
Ceramic block masonry is being laid on the 1st floor, and side panels are being installed for stained glass windows on the 1st floor.
- Work on balconies
Work is underway on the installation of upper waterproofing coating (4 floors), laying porcelain tiles on balconies (4 floors), cladding the ceiling with concrete panels (5 floors), and applying decorative plaster to the walls (6 floors).
- Facade work
Work continues on plastering the facade using beacons and insulating the facade, installing mineral wool.<\/p>
Facade lighting materials have been ordered and delivered for further installation.<\/p>
— Installation of a panoramic elevator
Work has been completed on extending the balconies of the panoramic elevator.
- Finishing work in common areas.
Plastering work is underway in the stairwell area.
- Work on the infrastructure building
Walls, columns, and floor slabs have been installed on all floors of the building.
