07.08.2024 — Wyndham Grand Residences Batumi Gonio. Aqua — Ceramoblock walls are being laid on the 1st construction (Ground Floor) floor. Balcony framing and dusting of ceilings in common areas is in progress. Also, technological holes are being made in the floor slabs and geological surveys are being conducted at the site of the aqua-zone. Work has begun on the installation of windows on the standard floor.
