Cendant buys Wyndham hotel brand from Blackstone Group

Wyndham acquired U.S. Franchise Systems, owner of the Microtel and Hawthorn Suites brands, from Global Hyatt Corporation, Wisconsin — based Exel Inn, and transferred all 22 of its properties to Wyndham brands

Wyndham acquires hotel brand TRYP
