Wyndham Grand Batumi Gonio. Riviera
September 2025
In September 2025, work continued on the main areas of the Wyndham Grand Batumi Gonio complex construction sites: monolithic construction, facades, engineering networks, and interior finishing. Work was carried out simultaneously on several sites, which allowed us to maintain a high pace and steady progress towards the key stages of the project.
Block A
— Work has been completed on installing chimney flues above terrace level. The facade has been primed for the application of decorative plaster to the ends of the block.
— Work is underway on installing the plasterboard frame for internal partitions and covering them with plasterboard sheets.
— Work on the installation of hot and cold water supply, sewerage, and ventilation systems has been completed.
— Work is underway on electrical lighting, power supply, and the installation of a structured cabling system.
Blocks B and C
— Work is underway on the installation of welded waterproofing for the rear courtyards.
— Metal structures for chimney boxes are being manufactured for subsequent installation.
— Work is underway on the installation of hot and cold water supply, sewerage, and ventilation systems.
— Work is underway on electrical lighting, power supply, and installation of a structured cabling system.
Block E
— Work on the manufacture of engineering shaft covers has been completed.
— Work is underway on the installation of metal boxes for storm drainage and the covering of storm drainage boxes.
Infrastructure building
— Work on the installation of membrane waterproofing on the roof has been completed.
— Stained glass frames and double-glazed windows have been delivered.
— Work is underway on the installation of mineral wool facade insulation.
