In October 2025, work continued on the main areas of the Wyndham Grand Batumi Gonio complex construction sites: monolithic construction, facades, engineering networks, and interior finishing. Work was carried out simultaneously on several sites, which allowed us to maintain a high pace and steady progress towards the key stages of the project.

Block A
— Work has been completed on the installation of chimney boxes on all townhouses.
— Work is underway on the installation of upper waterproofing on the balconies of the townhouses.
— Storm sewer boxes have been manufactured.
— Work has begun on the installation of mats and pipes for underfloor heating.

Blocks B and C
— Hot and cold water supply, sewerage, and ventilation systems have been installed.
— Work has been completed on the manufacture of chimney boxes and engineering shaft umbrellas.

Block E
— Work is underway on the installation of plasterboard frames for internal partitions.
— Work has been completed on the manufacture and installation of chimney boxes.
— Work is underway on the sealing of storm sewer boxes.
— Facade work is underway to install mineral wool and plaster.

Infrastructure building
— Facade work has been completed to install mineral wool and reinforce it. Plastering work is underway.
— Work is underway to install plasterboard frames for internal partitions.
