Income is generated through hotel management carried out by an international management company. The project offers two investment return options. The investor can choose the option that best suits their goals:

  • Guaranteed investment return is a fixed income stated in the agreement and does not depend on the hotel’s occupancy.
  • Actual investment return is income generated from the hotel’s real operating performance and has the potential to exceed the guaranteed return.

By choosing the guaranteed return option, you protect your hotel real estate investment from unfavorable market conditions and a decline in tourist flow.
Regardless of the hotel’s occupancy, the company undertakes to pay the investor 10% per annum. The terms are specified in the agreement and registered with the Ministry of Justice of Georgia. The 10% guaranteed return offer is available already at the construction stage.

Real income is calculated based on the hotel’s actual occupancy and the rates of the Wyndham Hotels & Resorts network. It also takes into account all owner-related expenses and is determined individually for each room type. The strong potential of this income reflects real market conditions.
