December 2025. Wyndham Grand Batumi Gonio. Riviera

In December 2025, work continued on the main areas of the Wyndham Grand Batumi Gonio complex construction sites: monolithic construction, facades, engineering networks, and interior finishing. Work was carried out simultaneously on several sites, which allowed us to maintain a high pace and steady progress towards the key stages of the project.

Block A
— Work on the upper waterproofing of the balconies in the townhouses has been completed.
— Work on covering the chimney and drainage boxes with concrete has been completed.
— Facade work continues on the installation of XPS on terraces, reinforcement, and priming for decorative plaster.
— Work is being completed on the installation of electrical lighting and power supply in townhouses, as well as the installation of facade lighting.
— Switchboard equipment has been ordered and delivered to the townhouses.

Blocks B and C
— Work continues on the installation of upper waterproofing on the balconies in the townhouses.
— Work continues on the installation of electrical lighting and power supply in the townhouses.

Block E
— Work has been completed on covering the chimney boxes with concrete panels.
— Decorative facade elements have been ordered, delivered, and installation has begun.
— Facade work has been completed on the installation of mineral wool and reinforcement for mineral wool.
— Work is underway on the installation of decorative elements for the cornice.

Infrastructure building
— Facade work on mineral wool reinforcement is being carried out.

Landscaping
Monolithic work on the construction of the pool has been completed: installation of columns and pool slabs.
