A holiday in a 5-star hotel: what a room owner gets

Admire views of the mountains and the sea, watch sunsets from the balcony of your townhouse or villa, walk in a secure area among subtropical plants — all this is available to room owners at Wyndham Grand Batumi Gonio.

If you enjoy 5-star All Inclusive hotels, owning a room lets you return to such a hotel every year. The rest of the time, the room is managed by the management company and earns you income.

What the complex includes

The hotel complex from the world famous company Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is being built in the prestigious area of Batumi with the cleanest beaches – Gonio. It will be located in the park area, as a single resort city, which will include 4 objects:

  • A 20-storey hotel with a panoramic rooftop restaurant and a separate infrastructure building with a wellness centre — such a combination of equipment for diagnostics and prevention will appear in Georgia for the first time. During your holiday you will not need to leave the complex to take care of your health. The first two floors will house a SPA complex with communal and halal pools, massage rooms, hammams and saunas, and the building will also have a fitness centre.
  • A complex of villas with private grounds — for a secluded holiday.
  • A hotel of 3-storey townhouses with the level of a presidential suite according to the standards of the premium brand Wyndham Grand.
  • As well as family residences, where you can buy a two-story penthouse with a huge terrace.

5-star service during your holiday

During your holiday in your own room, you use all hotel services: room service, daily cleaning and 24/7 service. You do not need to think about everyday chores and can spend time on what you enjoy.

The complex will have everything for a calm holiday, and you do not need to leave it unnecessarily. 100+ infrastructure facilities with All Inclusive services will be built and opened on its territory, including an aqua zone with slides, a bowling alley, a cinema and much more for recreation for every taste. The hotel is worth noting the presence in the complex of 2 All Inclusive restaurants, 3 A la Carte restaurants, which will allow you to enjoy local and European cuisine. A tasting room, a wine house, a chacha house, a cafeteria, pool bars and spa bars will also be open to guests.

Income for the room owner

Wyndham Grand Batumi Gonio combines a holiday with 5-star hotel service and income from hotel management. When buying, you choose one of two income options: a fixed income of 10% per annum under the contract, regardless of hotel occupancy, or occupancy-based income of up to 15% per annum. A buyback option is also available: after two years of ownership, you can get back 100% of the amount paid.
