December 2025. Wyndham Grand Batumi Gonio. Family Club
In December 2025, work continued on the main areas of the Wyndham Grand Batumi Gonio complex construction sites: monolithic construction, facades, engineering networks, and interior finishing. Work was carried out simultaneously on several sites, which allowed us to maintain a high pace and steady progress towards the key stages of the project.
Wyndham Grand Batumi Gonio. Family Club
Block A
— Work continues on the roof to install a PVC membrane on the roof parapet.
— Stained glass windows have been ordered and delivered, and preparations for installation are underway.
— Work has been completed on the terraces to install the upper waterproofing coating on the 5th floor.
— Work continues on the terraces on the 5th floor to install the final layer of porcelain stoneware.
— Work continues on the balconies on floors 1–4 to tile the floors with porcelain stoneware, and work has begun on grouting the joints.
— Plastering work has been completed on the outside of the balconies.
— Facade work continues: installation of XPS on the terraces, reinforcement and plastering on mineral wool and XPS, plastering work on the facade.
— Work continues on the installation of clinker tiles on the facade and slopes.
— Work is being carried out on priming for decorative plaster and installing decorative plaster on balconies.
— Cable laying for facade lighting continues.
Block B

— Work is underway on installing floor screed on the balconies.
— Facade work continues: plastering (outside balconies), reinforcement for decorative plaster (on plaster), installation of mineral wool, installation of XPS on terraces, priming for decorative plaster, work has begun on the manufacture of metal columns for the entrance area. Reinforcement and plastering work on mineral wool and XPS on balconies and the facade has been completed.
