In December 2025, work continued on the main areas of the Wyndham Grand Batumi Gonio complex construction sites: monolithic construction, facades, engineering networks, and interior finishing. Work was carried out simultaneously on several sites, which allowed us to maintain a high pace and steady progress towards the key stages of the project.

December saw dynamic progress on all fronts of the project: from the erection of monolithic structures to the detailed design of facades and engineering systems. Dozens of processes are being carried out simultaneously on the sites, which allows us to maintain a high pace.
— Monolithic work
Work has been completed on the entrance area, columns, and steps.
— Work on balconies
Work continues: installation of upper waterproofing coating, laying of porcelain stoneware on balconies, cladding of the ceiling with concrete panels (5 floors), reinforcement of the ceiling (6 floors), application of decorative plaster to the walls (6 floors), application of decorative plaster to the ceiling (6 floors), manufacture and installation of embedded parts for fences (2 floors).
- Facade work
Work continues on the installation of mineral wool, XPS, reinforcement of insulation, plastering of the facade, priming for the application of decorative plaster, and covering metal arches with concrete panels.
The installation of decorative elements on the facade continues. New materials have been delivered.
Work continues on the installation of facade lighting — laying facade lighting cables and installing brackets for light fixtures.
- Installation of engineering systems
The installation of smoke extraction ducts has been completed.
Metal ventilation boxes have been manufactured and installed.
- Glazing on the 10th floor.
Work has been completed on the installation of metal trusses and columns for the subsequent installation of stained glass structures.
- Elevator installation
Work has been completed on the installation of L3 elevator equipment (cabin assembly), and work is underway on the installation of L1 elevator equipment (door installation).
- Work on the infrastructure building
Work has been completed on the installation of a monolithic roof parapet belt (elevator shafts) and plastering of parapets and engineering shafts.
Work is underway on laying ceramic blocks on the exterior walls, installing monolithic sides for stained glass windows, and installing monolithic sides for balcony railings (3rd floor).
Rough plastering work on the facade is continuing.
