December 2025. Wyndham Grand Batumi Gonio. Villas

In December 2025, work continued on the main areas of the Wyndham Grand Batumi Gonio complex construction sites: monolithic construction, facades, engineering networks, and interior finishing. Work was carried out simultaneously on several sites, which allowed us to maintain a high pace and steady progress towards the key stages of the project.
Wyndham Grand Batumi Gonio. Villas

— Monolithic work
Concreting of the internal staircases in the villas has been completed.
— Masonry work
The masonry of the external walls of the 3rd floor from ceramic blocks is being completed on all villas.
— Installation of fireplaces
Work has been completed on the installation of monolithic columns and chimney belts.
— Stained glass glazing
New batches of stained glass frames and double-glazed windows have been ordered and delivered. Installation is being carried out on the villas.
— Facade work
Facade work is underway to install mineral wool and insulate the facades of villas 8, 9, and 10. Work continues on reinforcing the mineral wool and priming. Work is also underway to install granite window sills.
— Plastering work
Plastering work is being carried out on the interior walls of villas 11, 12, and 13.
— Installation of plasterboard frames for interior partitions.
Work has begun on the installation of plasterboard frames for interior partitions, and work has been completed on villa 3.
— Installation of engineering systems.
Work has begun on the installation of electrical lighting and power supply in the villas and the installation of outdoor lighting.
