Wyndham Grand Batumi Gonio. Family Club
November 2025
In November 2025, work continued on the main areas of the Wyndham Grand Batumi Gonio complex construction sites: monolithic construction, facades, engineering networks, and interior finishing. Work was carried out simultaneously on several sites, which allowed us to maintain a high pace and steady progress towards the key stages of the project.
Block A
— Work is being carried out on the roof to install a PVC membrane and roof flashings.
— Work is underway on the terraces to install the upper waterproofing coating and the final layer of porcelain stoneware.
— Work continues on the balconies on floors 1–4 to tile the floors with porcelain stoneware.
— Facade work continues: installation of mineral wool on balconies and facades, plastering work outside balconies, reinforcement for decorative plaster application, reinforcement and plastering on mineral wool and XPS on facades and balconies, priming for decorative plaster.
— Work continues on the installation of clinker tiles on the facade and slopes.
— Decorative elements of the crowning cornice have been installed.
— Metal frames for decorative elements on the 1st floor have been manufactured and installed, and the frames are being clad.
— Cables are being laid for the installation of facade lighting.
Block B
— Work has been completed on the terraces on the 5th floor and balconies on the

— Metal frames for decorative elements on the 1st floor have been manufactured and installed, and cladding of the frames is underway.
— Facade work continues: installation of mineral wool (facade, balconies) and XPS (terraces), plastering, reinforcement for decorative plaster application, reinforcement for mineral wool and XPS.
— Installation of decorative elements of the crowning cornice has begun and is continuing.
— Work is underway on the installation of clinker tiles on the facade and slopes.
— Stone flashings are being installed on the windows and slopes are being constructed on the windows.
