04.08.2024 — Wyndham Grand Residences Batumi Gonio. Aqua — On the 1st construction (Ground Floor) floor the block masonry and wall jointing with minwool and cement-sand mixture are in progress. Framing of reinforced concrete sides of balconies and insulation of sleeves on the staircase with minwool. Ceiling dedusting (priming), drilling of technical holes (HTW/HWH), Aqua+ ground leveling, mockup works on the 13th (12th) floor and geological surveys for the swimming pool are also being carried out.
