13.08.2024 — Wyndham Grand Residences Batumi Gonio. Aqua — Main works in progress: laying of internal walls made of ceramic block on the 1st and 20th floors, pouring of concrete sides (framing) of balconies, installation of plasterboard frame, installation of windows of the typical floor, technological holes in floor slabs. Installation of the passenger and cargo elevator (elevator) and construction garbage chute, geological surveys of the aqua zone are in progress.
