14.08.2024 — Wyndham Grand Residences Batumi Gonio. Aqua — Ceramoblock walls are being laid on the 20th floor. Concrete sides (frames) of balconies are being poured and balconies are being waterproofed. A cargo-passenger elevator (elevator) and a construction garbage chute are being installed. Installation of gypsum plasterboard frame, making technological holes in floor slabs and mockup is in progress.
