This enables visualization and testing of design and materials. Finishing works are ongoing. 3. Cladding ceramic granite in the bathrooms, units on the 2nd – 4th residential floors. 4. Installation of the decorative elements, units on the 2nd floor. It creates a visually pleasing interior that aligns with the design specifications. 5. Facade works. The decorative elements are being installed to create a visually appealing and protected exterior for the building. 6. Marble cladding of staircases. This includes surface preparation, tile installation with precise alignment, and joint management according to the layout plan. 7. Plastering in the bathrooms, 2nd -4th floors. The following works are also ongoing: the installation of steel railings, waterproofing of balconies on the 4th and 5th floors and terraces, electrical installation, and the installation of drywall track systems.
