It creates a visually pleasing interior that aligns with the design specifications. 4. Facade works. The decorative elements are being installed to create a visually appealing and protected exterior for the building. 5. Marble cladding of staircases. This includes surface preparation, tile installation with precise alignment, and joint management according to the layout plan. 6. Installation of decorative mouldings and skirting boards on the 3rd floor. Additionally, work continues on the installation of a steel canopy, waterproofing of balconies on the 2nd and 3rd floors, and terraces, as well as electrical installation, and cast-in construction in the backyard.
