Cladding ceramic granite in the bathrooms, units on the 3rd – 4th residential floors. Tile grouting. 3. Marble cladding of staircases. This includes surface preparation, tile installation with precise alignment, and joint management according to the layout plan. 4. Facade works. Installing decorative elements to enhance the building's visual appeal and ensure exterior durability. 5. Concrete works for the rear courtyard entrance group. The following activities are ongoing as well: the electrical installation, plumbing, drywall frame installation, painting on the staircases, and the terrace waterproofing.
