Work is underway to prepare the complex for final handover. All major construction stages have been completed and final works are being carried out on the site:

1. Facade works.
2. Installation of platbands and interior doors.
3. Installation of finishing electrics in the units. 3.
4. Installation of plasterboard framework on the -1 floor in the common areas.
5. Installation of handrails on balconies.
