Aqua November 2025 November saw dynamic progress on all fronts of the project: from the construction of monolithic structures to the detailed design of facades and engineering systems. Dozens of processes are being carried out simultaneously on the sites, which allows us to maintain a high pace. — Monolithic works The excavation for the entrance group has been completed. Monolithic works on the construction of the foundation and columns of the entrance group have begun and are continuing. The fire reservoir has been constructed. — Masonry works Ceramic block masonry has been completed on the 1st floor. — Works on balconies Work continues: installation of upper waterproofing coating, laying of porcelain stoneware on balconies, cladding of the ceiling with concrete panels (5 floors), reinforcement of the ceiling (6 floors), application of decorative plaster to the walls (6 floors), application of decorative plaster to the ceiling (6 floors). - Facade work Work continues on the installation of mineral wool, XPS, reinforcement of insulation, plastering of the facade, priming for the application of decorative plaster. The installation of decorative elements on the facade has begun. Work has begun and is continuing on the installation of facade lighting — laying facade lighting cables, installing brackets for lighting fixtures. - Installation of engineering systems Ventilation ducts have been ordered and delivered. Metal ventilation boxes are being manufactured. - Glazing on the 10th floor. Metal trusses have been manufactured and are being installed. Metal columns are being manufactured. - Elevator installation Work is underway on the installation of elevator equipment. — Work on the infrastructure building Monolithic sidewalls are being installed on the roof. Engineering shafts and elevator shafts have been laid on the roof. Monolithic shaft belts are being installed. Plastering work on the facade has begun and is continuing.
