Wyndham Grand Batumi Gonio. Villas
October 2025
In October 2025, work continued on the main areas of the Wyndham Grand Batumi Gonio complex construction sites: monolithic construction, facades, engineering networks, and interior finishing. Work was carried out simultaneously on several sites, which allowed us to maintain a high pace and steady progress towards the key stages of the project.
— Monolithic work
Concrete work on the staircases of six villas has been completed.
— Masonry work
The masonry of the exterior walls of the second floor of all villas using ceramic blocks has been completed.
— Installation of fireplaces
Work has begun and is continuing on the masonry of fireplaces on the first floor of the villas and the masonry of chimneys.
— Stained glass glazing
Work is underway on the installation of frames for the subsequent installation of stained glass structures. Work continues on the installation of stained glass frames and
— Facade work
Facade work is underway on the installation and reinforcement of mineral wool. Work has been completed on villas 2 and 3.
— Interior wall plastering
Work continues on plastering the interior walls of the villas. Completed on 3 villas. Plastering is underway inside villas 5 and 7.
