The construction of ledges for stained glass along with the stained glass installation. This ensures light permeability and improves thermal and sound insulation for hotel rooms. 3. Facade work, the 14th -15th floors. This includes the installation of facade elements on balconies. 4. Installation of plumbing and sewage systems. The installation of the sewerage system on the 4th – 5th floors is in progress. The installation of the stormwater drainage system on the 15th – 16th floors is underway. 5. Installation of decorative steel columns, the 10th floor. The columns are being fabricated and installed. The installation of drywall frames for interior partitions is ongoing on the 3rd, 12th, 15th, and 17th floors.
